Sink Types

  • Freestanding Sink

If you are looking for a sink to fit a vintage or traditionally styled bathroom, freestanding sinks are a perfect fit. Freestanding sink tables with legs and built-in countertops offer simple, classic design to these types of bathrooms. Some models are designed for a vessel, under-mount or drop-in sink addition if needed. Plumbing will be visible in this type of sink.

  • Half-Vessel Sink

This stylish and sleek sink can carry a few design considerations. Due to the sink sitting higher than a standard sink, the countertop height may need to be adjusted requiring additional work. The faucet of the sink is typically mounted t the wall and must be installed at the right height to reduce splashing. A single-hole, sink-mounted faucet is required for half-vessel sinks.

  • Under-mount Sinks

For small bathrooms, under-mount sinks are a perfect solution. These sinks are installed in your countertop hole, just smaller than its rim. This makes the sink appear to float beneath the counter, forming an less cluttered look and requires less surface cleaning.

  • Self-Rimming Sink

Want a sink that is easy to install? Then self-rimming sinks are your best friend! The easiest to install, this type of sink features a lip that rests on the countertop. The sink’s basin drops below the counter.

Faucet Types

  • Separate Spout

For holes spaced several inches apart, faucets that have a separate spout and handle can be adapted to fit. These faucets are ideal for tight installations where there is not enough room for a full faucet in the rear of the sink.

  • All-in-One Faucet

These sinks are ideal for anyone with limited mobility or building an accessible bathroom for a loved one. This faucet has one spout and one handle controlling the flow of hot and cold water making it easier to control everything from one handle.

  • Wall-Mounted Faucet

For unusually designed sinks like vessels, or old-fashioned farm sinks, this sink can be easily used.  This faucet can be attached to the wall as opposed to the sink or the counter. If you are not able to modify the existing sink or counter due to the age of the bathroom or type, this faucet may be the solution.
